Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

• If prepaid order is cancelled, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Refusal of COD Orders

• Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD service for future orders
